TRUST & DISCLOSURES
Clarity at every step.
Understand the purpose of this website, how enquiries are handled and the limits of the information presented.
Website and product disclosures
This website presents the Tonickel technology initiative and proposed engagement scopes. Services, integrations and programmes are subject to feasibility, agreed contracts, available counterparties and applicable requirements. Unless expressly identified in signed programme documents, no feature should be treated as a deployed or independently certified capability.
Tonickel is presented here as a technology provider. This website does not offer securities or tokens for subscription, operate an exchange, provide investment advice or accept client assets. Any investment, dealing, custody or other regulated activity must be assessed and undertaken through the appropriate authorised parties.
Tokenisation does not, by itself, establish legal title, guarantee returns, create liquidity or eliminate operational, counterparty, cyber, market or regulatory risks. Transferability and cross-platform trading depend on the rights, jurisdiction, venue rules and contractual arrangements. Compute entitlements also depend on provider delivery, specification, capacity and expiry.
Photographic images are AI-generated illustrations of real-world settings. They do not depict Tonickel-owned facilities, employees, customers or completed projects. External organisations referenced in Insights are research sources and are not represented as partners or endorsers.
Privacy Notice
The Tonickel team administering this website receives the details you submit through the enquiry form, including your name, business email, organisation, location and project summary. These details are used to review and respond to your enquiry, maintain related business correspondence and address relevant administrative or security matters.
Website hosting and form services may process the information needed to operate this site. Enquiries may be accessible to authorised site administrators and service providers supporting those functions. If a proposed project requires disclosure to an external commercial partner, the scope should be agreed separately.
Please provide only information needed for an initial discussion. Do not submit confidential documents or sensitive personal data through the public form. For requests concerning access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form and select “Privacy or security enquiry”. Applicable rights and any retention obligations will be assessed when the request is received.
The entity responsible for a commercial engagement, any project-specific processing arrangements and the applicable contractual terms will be identified before that engagement is entered into. The website form is not a secure project data room.
Terms of Use
The information on this site is provided for general business and technology discussion. It is not an offer, commitment to deliver services, investment recommendation or assurance of suitability for a particular use. No advisory, fiduciary, customer or investment relationship is formed merely by visiting this website or submitting an enquiry.
Any commercial service must be governed by a separate written agreement identifying the contracting entities, scope, fees, responsibilities and applicable law. Programme documents, where issued, govern the rights attached to that programme; website descriptions do not override them.
Content may be revised as the initiative develops. External links are provided for convenience and reference; their content and availability are controlled by the relevant publishers. Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material. Nothing in this notice excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsible disclosure
To report a suspected security issue, select “Privacy or security enquiry” in the contact form and provide a brief, non-sensitive description of the affected page and issue. Do not include credentials, personal data or exploit payloads. A suitable channel for technical details can be agreed in response.
Do not access another person’s data, disrupt services or conduct testing without authorisation. This notice does not create a bug bounty or authorise security testing.
